AIMHigh-Keep Pressing 5K/10K is a community-oriented race organized to inspire and motivate you to Stay True while on your fitness journey during these unprecedented times. Birthed during the pandemic as a virtual 5K; this race is entering into its 5th year of growth and progression.

The AIMHigh-Keep Pressing 5K has evolved over the last couple of years into a 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt Nonprofit, and we are excited about hosting our 3rd annual in person 5K race in addition to a 10K as well as the virtual 5K/10K options. Remaining positive and healthy will be the foundation we all need to "Keep Pressing" towards the mark.

This year the AIMHigh-Keep Pressing 5K will offer individual and team registrations. The Keep Pressing Award of $1500.00 will be awarded to the team/organization/business with the most registered participants. The check will be presented during the awards ceremony at post-race celebration. Last year's award recipient was "Walk for Meezy" with 80 participants, they were awarded a check for $1500.00. The newly founded organization will start a nonprofit to bring awareness and exposure to our community on the importance of understanding silent seizures and epilepsy.

Each registered participant will receive a race bib, finisher's medal, race t-shirt, and swag bag.
