Students, employees, and community members of all ability levels are invited to the IUPUI Jaguar 5K and Mental Health Mile, our downtown campus' premier 5K event and celebration of National Recovery Month benefiting addiction recovery scholarships for students. Runners and walkers will gather on the morning of Saturday, September 7, 2024 in Carroll Stadium on the IU Indianapolis campus.

The Jaguar 5K is a professionally timed run/walk event that begins in Carroll Stadium and goes through White River State Park. The Mental Health Mile is a self-timed fun run around the stadium grounds for mental health awareness. Events will start promptly at posted times (5K starts at 9:00am, mile starts at 9:30am). Arrive early and be ready to start on time.

IUPUI proudly supports students in recovery from substance use and other behavioral addictions and was the first college or university in Indiana to offer a Collegiate Recovery Community (CRC) support program in 2014.
