We are excited to offer the fifth annual HERO House NW 5K / 10K / Kids Fun Run! Take a step for mental health and Run Like a HERO to benefit HERO House NW and Clubhouse programs. Run or walk on Saturday, September 7, 2024 starting at 8AM at Redmond Municipal Park on the scenic Sammamish River Trail.

Runners Swag for the event includes a runner bag, sticker, pen, canteen bottle and vendor coupons. Race performance shirts are available for $15 and can be purchased during registration or separately. Shirt sizes not guaranteed after August 10th.

The HERO House 5K / 10K / Kids Fun Run is our largest fundraiser of the year, we welcome any and all donations to help people living with serious mental illness thrive through meaningful community and work opportunities. There will be opportunities to make donations during the registration process.
