Whether you’re a regular participant, or looking to join your first ever Run, you’ve come to the right place. Muddy River Marathon is an engaging and fun event, geared towards people of all ages and from all walks of life.

The Muddy River Marathon offers three race formats – full marathon, half marathon and half marathon relay. Our 26.2 mile, 13.1 mile and half marathon relay courses wind through Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

We believe that fitness equals happiness, and encourage our participants to challenge their bodies while maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
