Come explore one the Nation's most haunted trails (according to travel TV). The Iron Goat trail is not only rich in history, it is amazingly beautiful.

Run/walk in the beautiful Cascade Mountains. This course is moderately challenging with a 700 ft elevation gain in the first .8 miles. This course is limited to 75 registrants. You must complete the course in 4 hours.

Participants need to purchase a Northwest Forest Pass in advance.
