Kick off the Oak Harbor Music Festival weekend with the most rockin’ 5k ever!

Take steps together with us on Saturday, August 31st, 2024 for the first annual Steps ROCK ‘n’ ROLL STROLL to support families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

You are invited to bring the whole family to join the fun and dress up as your favorite rock star! We want to see it all - leather, lace, bandanas, giggles, smiles, tutus, crowns, big hair, glitter, and cheers! We encourage strolling, walking, running, skipping, hopping – and especially dancing - to cross the finish line.

Our day begins at Windjammer Park in Oak Harbor, WA on Whidbey Island. The course follows the sparkling waterfront out to Catalina Park at the Marina and back to Windjammer Park.
