Get ready for our annual Lights for Life 5K on Saturday, December 13th, our biggest and most impactful event of the year! Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from anywhere in the world, this 5K is not only a chance to stay active but a meaningful way to support mental health and suicide prevention. Every step you take helps spread hope, raise awareness, and build a community where no one feels alone. Let’s push ourselves, support each other, and make this year’s 5K event the most powerful yet!

This year we are partnering with Murrieta Valley USD to bring out race closer to the students and keep participants safe as we run on Nighthawk Way, through Thompson Middle School, by Murrieta Canyon Academy, and end the race in the Murrieta Valley High School Stadium.

In addition, this year we will be partnering with Local Yoga Revolution (LYR) to offer a pre-race yoga warm-up and an after race stretch and cool down.
