The Miles for Mental Health 5k and Fun Run is hosted by Carroll County Mental Health Advocates to provide education and awareness on mental health and addiction. This is done by inviting the Carroll County Community to join us in running (or walking) in both our 5k and our Fun Run. This event is perfect for all ages as it's never too early to break the stigma surrounding mental illness and substane use disorders.

A free Fun Run will be held before the 5k starts for anyone who wants to participate.

Proceeds from this event will aid CMHA in assisting members of the Carroll County Community who are stuggling with their mental health as well as substance use disorders.
