Come out and run either a 5k, 1-mile, or just the plunge option. Show your friends and family just how TOUGH YOU ARE! Bring your friends and family and come have a complete blast with our annual polar plunge! The water changes from year to year. Be prepared for the chill, or a warmer plunge!

*Runners are permitted to jump into the water directly after they run through the finish line. Runners may also change in the locker room after they finish the race and then jump into the pool. PLUNGING IS OPTIONAL.
