Kurt Gross has a background in IT and technical services of over 25 years and has held several technical and technical leadership positions over his career. He spent 12 years with American Express and most recently spent 13 years with IBM focused on global and US business program management and transformation of IT services, including consulting, leading and managing complex projects across multiple countries.
Dan Shabra is currently a sales consultant for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. Prior, he spent over 15 years in the Human Resources field working for several prominent corporations including most recently Sonora Quest Laboratories, a subsidiary of Banner Health. He has experience managing all aspects of human resources including recruitment, performance management, and adult learning. Dan is a business graduate of the University of Phoenix and served in the Coast Guard as a Boatswain’s Mate. He currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors of Nonpareil Homeowners Association and also previously spent 2 years as president on another homeowner’s association board.
