The 18th annual Urban Cow features a weekend of races, starting with the 5K and Half Calf Kids' Races on Saturday, October 1, and the Half Marathon on Sunday, October 2. Virtual options are also available, with the ability to transfer to the in-person race at a later date for no additional fee.

The main event is on Sunday, October 2nd!

The Half Marathon will have three waves. Please start in the correct wave based on your estimated finish time:
