Hello, my name is Theresa Ingram, and I am a resident of Minooka, IL. The goal of this 5k run/walk is to raise awareness of the effects experienced by autoimmune disease. Thousands of individuals similar to myself suffer silently, coping daily, with varying symptoms such as unexplained body swelling, aches, brain fog, and depression.

My mission is to advocate on behalf of anyone who has lost hope and feels unheard. I care for and am living proof of surviving the debilitating effects of these diseases.

100% of the proceeds will be donated to Mayo Clinic to help in the research of autoimmune diseases.
