In the event of race cancellation due to wildfires, hazardous air quality, hazardous weather conditions, natural disasters, COVID and/or other global pandemics, or any 'act of God that is beyond our control, we cannot support refunds, transfers, and/or credits. Please note this has only happened ONCE due to COVID in 2020, but anything is possible. Please make sure you are comfortable with these potential risks before you sign up.

In the event of race cancellation due to any of the aforementioned, we will ship all race swag/items to participants and provide direction around navigating the course(s) on our own. We'll also provide directions around submitting your result.

We also cannot support refunds, transfers, and/or race credits if you get injured in the days/week(s) leading up to race day if your schedule changes in the days/week(s) leading up to race day if a work trip comes up that makes it impossible for you to attend on race day, and/or any other professional or personal matter that arises making it difficult for you to attend in person on race day.
