Also known as the Swamp Rabbit Marathon, the Spinx Run Fest Marathon is organized by Greenville Track Club. It is part of Spinx Run Fest which also includes the Spinx Run Fest Half Marathon, a 5K road race, and a Kid's (1.2 miles) "Marathon".

The finish at Fluor Field is a memorable experience. Running into the stadium onto the second plate, then the third, and finishing at home plate to the sound of thousands of cheering spectators makes for an excellent end to the race.
