It's time for the Monster Dash 5k, 10k, 15k, or Half Marathon on Sunday 10/30/22! This is a fun run that is clock-timed (not chip-timed).

The course is super easy to follow. It will consist of counterclockwise loops around the beach path that will be marked.

Participants are not allowed to run with dogs. Running/walking with a stroller is allowed. 3:15 time limit for the half marathon. If more time is needed, please email us at abetterworldrunning@yahoo.com for an early start.

This is a small informal event. Everyone will get a finishers medal as well as a goodie bag. To keep costs low we do not offer any special awards or t-shirts. This is not your normal large festival-like race. We are a low-key race that emphasizes a more personal satisfaction in racing. Thank you and look forward to seeing you out there!
