The Low Tide 10K & 5K is your opportunity to run the flat hard low tide sands of Stinson Beach where the mountain meets the sea. Enjoy the wildness of the sounds of the ocean while taking in the scenic vistas of Mt. Tamalpais's many ridgelines and forests. The run is out and back so you get to enjoy the changing views as you explore both ends of the beach. Be sure to bring a picnic to enjoy at the beach afterward or breakfast in one of the local restaurants. There is a net elevation change of zero!! Registration fees
