Are you ready to get out and crush some physical fitness goals while honoring and supporting our first responders and Veterans? Kick off Patriot's Day Weekend and join us Saturday, September 9, 2023 for the 2nd Annual Do Hard Things 5k Run/Walk & 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck challenge at Coopers Landing - Columbia, MO!

Participants can choose between a 5k Run/Walk or a 9.11 Mile Run or Ruck where marchers carry 10 or more pounds (lightweight) or 35 or more pounds (heavyweight) on their back. *Participants provide their own Ruck sack/Backpack*

Do Hard Things Nation invites you to participate in this truly unique event as we show our continued love and support to all our police, fire, EMS, active duty military, Veterans and those who served. Proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Do Hard Things who’s mission is to significantly improve the quality of life of our nation's veterans and first responders and help them find their next mission after service.
