Join us for the 3rd event in the Tri Faster SwimRun series!

All events will be professionally chipped timed. The swim will take place in Menomonee Park's crisp, clean lake. The swim course will be a 500m loop done once for the 500m OWS, twice for the Aquathon, and three times for the 1500m OWS. Aquathon and 5k participants will run an out-and-back course that starts on a grass path through the trees and ends on the flat and fast paved path of the Bug Line Trail.

Kids 11 and up who are able to swim the distance confidently are welcome!
