Empowerment Resource Center will be hosting its inaugural “ERC Stride 5K Run” on October 10, 2026, at the beautiful Westside Park.

This event will commemorate World Mental Health Awareness Day, by promoting awareness to mental health issues affecting the communities of Atlanta and to mobilize efforts that support individuals and their families who cope with day to day challenges of living with a mental health diagnosis.
